521 Series LED Discrete Through Hole Products
The 521 series discrete through hole products offer a wide variety of LEDs from 2mm to 5mm. Single Color and Bi-Color LEDs- Red, yellow green and orange LEDs available in diffused, tinted non-diffused or water clear configurations. Bi-Color packages are available in 2-leaded or 3-leaded versions.
597 Series chip LED / PLCC SMD LEDs
Our microLED offering of discrete SMT LEDs includes a wide range of packages in chip-LED and PLCC configurations with a full range of LED options and colors including the latest AllnGaP and InGaN technology. They are available as lead-free and RoHS compliant and packaging options of strips of 20 pieces each for prototyping or 7″ reels for production runs.
598 Series chip LED style SMD LEDs
Dialight has expanded our microLED offering of surface mount (SMD) LEDs with the introduction of our chip LED style 598 series. These devices are avaialble in 10 different package configurations, each with a wide-selection of LED options including the latest InGaN and AllnGap technologies.
