Low Chee Seng is the Chairman of Lumina Systems Pte. Ltd.  He is also the Director of Teliwave, Teligate Hong Kong, Teliport.

He was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Asia for Creative Technology (9 years). Prior to that he was the Brand Manager for South Asia in IBM (12 years). Mr. Low holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cranfield University.

Mark Soh Eng Kuang is the is the Executive Director of Lumina Systems Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining Lumina Systems Pte Ltd, he is the Vice president of Achieva Limited. In 1994, Mr. Soh was the sales manager at Dupont Singapore Electronics Division (now known as FCI Pte Ltd). He was also a Marketing Executive at Behn Meyer Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Soh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco.

Kimba Lau joined Lumina Systems as Broad of Director since 2009. He is the driving force behind Lumina Systems’ growth and business expansion, responsible for policy and strategy formulation and corporate direction.

Prior to joining Lumina Systems, Mr. Lau was managing Semiconductors Distribution Business in China and Hong Kong for Achieva Components China Limited and Edal Electronics Co. Ltd. Before that, he was Sales Director of Asia Pacific for Freescale Inc. (Launched by Motorola), Skyworks Inc. (spun-off by Conexnt) and Vice President of Siemens Components (spun-off to become Infineon) responsible for China and Hong Kong business. He has also held various positions in Philips Semiconductor (current NXP Semiconductor) for 13 years.                                         
Mr. Lau holds an Honours Degree in Computing Engineering from Victoria University of Manchester, England and Master Degree of Business Administration.

Lum Siak Foong is the Sales and Operations Director of Lumina Systems Pte Ltd, and is responsible for the group’s OE Business and overall operations functions. He is the driving force behind the OE Business for the company and the key business liaison with Dialight Corporation. He spear head the development of ASEAN business for both Dialight Lighting and Component business in ASEAN.

Before joining Lumina Systems, Mr. Lum was with Creative Technology responsible for the Asia supply chain management. He has also held various positions in Creative Technologies from business planning, worldwide distribution , manufacturing and reverse logistics. He was also with Hewlett Packard for 10 years working on product line management, R&D, production automation , engineering and maintenance.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the SCM industry.
